🎯 How to Play NYT Spelling Bee

The objective of Spelling Bee is to use the honeycomb-shaped seven-letter grid to form as many words as possible. The only caveat is you must use the center letter (highlighted in yellow) in every word you form. Each word must be four letters or longer and cannot be proper nouns, curse words, or abbreviations.

Each puzzle contains a pangram, which is a word that utilizes all seven letters. The pangram is worth seven bonus points, so it's best to try and find it every day to maximize your points. Some daily puzzles have multiple pangrams.

Players receive points for each word that contributes to their overall rank. There are ten possible ranks, which correspond to the percentage of overall words found in the puzzle. Finding all the possible words in a puzzle awards the Queen Bee rank.
